From the moment your order comes through, our team gets straight to work, carefully packing your goodies with love. We want the unboxing to be just as joyful for you as when your furry friend gets to experience what’s inside. That’s why we pay close attention to every detail, so opening your parcel feels like a mini celebration!

All our packages include a personalised thank you note which our owners take time to write for you. We want you to know how thankful we are for your order and your support of our small Australian owned business!

What's our favourite step in the packing process?

Getting to see what our customers are loving at the time! At J&O we love learning more about our customers, through packing orders we are able to gain an insight to what is being loved and learn a little bit more about problems which our products might be helping to solve!

At Juno and Oggie Pet Supplies, we also care about the planet as much as our pups and their people! That’s why we proudly use recyclable and sustainable packaging. One of our favourite eco-friendly practices? Repurposing boxes! Instead of buying new ones, we give gently used boxes a second life—cutting waste and keeping things green!
